About Us

Yuma Round Up History

2017 will be the fourth annual Yuma Roundup. When the Yuma Roundup began in 2014 it started from a very humble beginnings, with the service of a few. Today we have many volunteers and attendees participating from Arizona to Canada. The Roundup speakers are from all over the map, who share their experience, strength and hope.

Our primary goal is to reach out the hand of AA and to include Al-Anon as part of our schedule. We strive to have a schedule of events that reaches many, and includes Al-Anon meetings, AA panels, long timers panel, Native American Speakers, marathon meetings and lots of fellowship in our hospitality room. The PIO Roundup main event is our Saturday night fellowship dinner and speaker. We will have the Yuma Players skit, 50/50, door prize drawings and the AA Count Down.

Our costs for registration go towards the rental of the AWC meeting rooms, printed literature and postage, hosting guest speakers, insurance and hospitality room refreshments. We do not collect for the 7th Tradition during this event.

Past Round-UpThemes:
2017 - "There Is A Solution"
2016 - "Happy Joyous and Free"
2015 - "Experience Strength and Hope"
2014 - "Pass It On"
